The Natural Fibers logo on a green leaf: infinity knot, cotton and fibers

The brief

Natural Fibers is a Nepal-based textile manufacturer.

The brief was a repositioning and rebrand for a modern B2B and D2C audience, shifting away from generic eco-branding toward a more authoritative expression of craft and material expertise.

Insight

While the competition leads with materials, certifications, and supply chains, Natural Fibers’ real distinction lies in its weavers.

The brand repositioned its identity by placing craft and authorship at the core with the tagline “Take her story home”.

Obstacle

Unfortunately with the termination of USAID, Natural Fibers lost its key investment, which led to the project being canceled.

Regardless, I continued the project on my own to see it through properly and push my UI/UX skills.

Outcome

This was a self-directed project covering brand identity, e-commerce, art direction, and social media.

It repositions a typically muted, earnest category with the visual confidence of a premium fashion brand, without losing its sense of purpose.
